B.E. makes it simple with B.E.TIME EXACT SERVICE. B.E. will contact your customer and deliver over any multi-day time frame in the delivery window specified on the bill of lading.
B.E.TIME EXACT – RETAIL is specifically designed to meet the delivery requirements of U.S. retailers and for guaranteeing delivery of your shipments by the scheduled delivery date or within the purchase order window.

Standard Express LTL delivery date must fall within or prior to the multiple day window as requested by the shipper on the bill of lading as provided by the local terminal. Appointment delivery must be scheduled within the regular delivery window on weekdays Monday thru Friday between the hours of 0900 and 1700 hours local standard time.
Shipper must request TIME EXACT – RETAIL on the original bill of lading. Shipper must provide complete multiple day delivery window dates with complete consignee contact information, properly labeled pieces, and all relevant delivery information on the original bill of lading.
B.E.LOGISTICS will reserve the right to accept or refuse a corrected bill of lading to add, change or remove a request for TIME EXACT service.
Shipper must tender the shipment(s) to the carrier by 5:00 pm local standard time on the date of pickup for standard Express LTL transit and the TIME EXACT –RETAIL service. When the requested delivery date window occurs after the carrier’s quoted Express LTL transit schedule, the applicable storage charges will apply.
The charge for TIME EXACT – RETAIL service does not include any other service(s). Charges for other service(s) will apply as provided in the shipper’s tariff and belogistics.com.
TIME EXACT – RETAIL is available only for shipments destined within the 48 contiguous states of the USA.
Guarantee: if carrier fails to deliver the shipment during the time frame specified by the shipper, the shipper is entitled to a full refund of shipment charges. If the customer refuses the shipment or is unable to receive the shipment, full charges will still apply, however the guarantee will not apply. The signed delivery receipt will be used to identify when the shipment was tendered for delivery. In the event the day and/or time is not indicated on the delivery receipt, the service requirements the shipment will be considered to have been met. Shipments that have partial deliveries over multiple days within within the requested multiple day delivery window will be considered to meet service requirements. TIME EXACT – RETAIL billing refunds must be filed within 15 days of the originally scheduled delivery by completing the form provided via www.belogistics.com/Retail_Form complete with a valid and accurate email address.
TIME EXACT – RETAIL guarantee and the additional charges will not apply as stated in the event the carrier is unable to deliver the shipment within the time and date specified due to causes beyond the control of carrier, including, but not limited to: acts of God, acts or omissions by shipper or consignee, existence of possible disturbance or violence which may cause danger, Government regulations, orders or requirements, riots, severe weather or other disaster that disrupts transportation, strikes or labor disputes. Carrier reserves the right to exclude the shipment(s) from this guarantee.
CHARGES: Shipments for which TIME EXACT – RETAIL delivery is requested and provided, in addition to all other charges, will be subject to a 20% premium to shipping charges for door-to-door delivery exclusive to any and all applicable assessorial charges outside of transportation charges but not less than the minimum TIME EXACT – RETAIL charge of $65.00. The charge for TIME EXACT – RETAIL does not include any other services.
